Built in Calgary,
for work that cannot go wrong.
Cloudlit Tech Inc. builds Karos Cloud — the Intelligent Digital Culture Cloud. We started where the consequences are highest and the tooling is worst.
Nobody needed
a sixth system.
Every organisation we looked at was already running knowledge, safety, work, performance and talent. None could answer a question crossing two of those systems without a person stitching exports together.
So we did not build another point tool. We built one tenant with one role model and one audit trail, and put an agent on top that inherits the permissions rather than working around them.
The specifications came first — over four hundred user stories across eight workbooks, with a Capability × Role matrix as the source of truth before a line of interface was designed.
