What a cookie does here
A cookie is a small file our site asks your browser to keep. We use as few as we can, and none of them follow you around the internet. We do not sell data to advertisers and we do not embed advertising networks.
Strictly necessary
Required for the site to function — remembering your cookie choice, keeping a form submission intact, and protecting against abusive requests. These cannot be switched off, and are set whether or not you consent.
Analytics
Set only with your consent. They tell us which pages lead to a demo request and where people leave, in aggregate. If you decline, the site works exactly the same and we simply know less.
Attribution
Set only with your consent. If you arrive from a campaign link, a short-lived cookie records the source so a demo request can be credited correctly. It holds a campaign identifier, not a profile of you.
What we never do
No advertising cookies. No cross-site tracking. No fingerprinting. No selling or renting of any data collected here.
Changing your mind
Use the preferences panel on this page at any time, or clear cookies in your browser. Declining non-essential cookies does not restrict access to any part of the site.
How long they last
Necessary cookies expire when your session ends or after twelve months, whichever comes first. Analytics and attribution cookies expire after ninety days.
Inside the platform
Signed-in sessions in Karos Cloud use necessary cookies only, for authentication and security. Analytics cookies are not set inside a customer tenant.
